Design Sponsorship Status

From the Design tab, under Programs, select the opportunities from sponsorship programs to include. Select Include all sponsorship programs or Include selected sponsorship programs to select programs to include. |

Under HTML Editor, enter the text to appear for status information. To customize fields on the page and format the content’s appearance and layout, use the HTML editor. For information about the HTML editor, see HTML Editor. |

Under Notes Types, Attachment Types, and Media Links Types, select the documentation items that users can view to learn more about their sponsorship opportunity. |

To allow users to view all documentation types associated with the sponsorship opportunity, select Include all types. |
|
•
|
To filter the list of items that users can view, select Include selected types. In the list that appears, select the documentation types to include. Website users view the items you select. |

If you do not want the documentation type to display on the web page, select Do not include types. |
Documentation types integrate from Blackbaud CRM. If you do not see the documentation information you need, create it in Blackbaud CRM. For more information, see the Blackbaud CRM Sponsorship Guide.

Under Email, select Allow sponsors to send email to their sponsorships to allow sponsors to email their sponsorships. Several options appear: |

Select the programs that allow email from sponsors — Select the programs from Blackbaud CRM that allow sponsors to email their sponsorships. |
|
b.
|
Enter the maximum number of characters for the email message and signature — Enter the maximum number of characters sponsors can use in messages and signatures. |
|
c.
|
Select the contact method for email — Select the contact method to use on the sponsor’s Interactions page in Blackbaud CRM for emails sent to sponsorships. |
|
d.
|
Select the interaction category for email — Select the interaction category to use on the sponsor’s Interactions page in Blackbaud CRM for emails sent to sponsorships. |

e.
|
Select the subcategory for email — Select the interaction subcategory to use on the sponsor’s Interactions page in Blackbaud CRM for emails sent to sponsorships. |

f.
|
Enter the default email address to use for sponsorships with no field office assigned — Enter the default email address to use for sponsorships with no field office assigned in Blackbaud CRM. |

g.
|
Select the interaction category for emails sent to the default address — Select the interaction category to use on the sponsor’s Interactions page in Blackbaud CRM for emails sent to sponsorships that use the default address. |

Select an interaction subcategory for emails sent to the default address — Select the interaction subcategory to use on the sponsor’s Interactions page in Blackbaud CRM for emails sent to sponsorships that use the default address. |

Create templates for sponsor emails — Click Add Email to create an email template for sponsors. You can add multiple templates. Use the email editor to design the appearance and include any text and merge fields for the message. Sponsors can add text to the template they choose to personalize their message. The email editor includes the Message, Signature, Opportunity ID, and Sponsor ID merge fields: |
Message — Inserts a text area where sponsors enter their message.
Signature — Inserts a text area where sponsors enter their email signatures.
Opportunity ID — Inserts the opportunity’s name.
Sponsor ID — Inserts the sponsor’s name.

In the Transaction Manager frame, you can customize the recurring gift information that appears on the Active and History tabs. These are the same options that appear in the Transaction Manager part for recurring gifts. For more information about options in the Transaction Manager, see Transaction Manager. |

Click Save. You return to Parts. |
