When the User Networking Manager part is created, the website designer selects whether all user networking members can create user networking groups or only users with Supervisor rights. When a user networking member creates a user networking group through the User Networking Manager part, the user automatically becomes the user networking group owner. The user networking group owner can select how the group appears on the user networking site and invite members to join the group. The user networking group owner can also share the ownership and management of the group with other members.
