Workflow Logs

You can think of a workflow as a flowchart or an algorithm. When a workflow is started, a workflow instance is created. In Infinity, a workflow instance becomes a first-class entity right alongside Constituent, Event, User, Appeal, Designation, Student, etc. As a workflow instance progresses through the steps and decisions, loops, and activities it will write its activity to the workflow log. You can view the entries in the workflow log from a page in the Infinity application. Navigate to the Workflow functional area and click on the Workflow logs shell task to view a page where you can examine the log entries.
