Copy an Existing Export Definition

To save time when you create an export definition that uses similar settings to another definition, create a copy of the existing definition and use the copy to start the new definition. From the Export definitions page in Administration, click the double arrows beside a definition to expand its row and then click Copy. After you click Yes on the confirmation screen that appears, the copied export definition appears in the list.

Note: If you generate a copy from a locked definition, the new definition is unlocked.
