Create Data List

From an ad-hoc query, you can create a data list of the query results. If the query contains a date field in the output, you can also base an RSS feed or email alerts on the data list. To create a data list from an ad-hoc query, click the double arrows next to the query to use on the information library page. Next, click Create, Data list on the toolbar that appears when you expand the query. Once created, you can add the data list and RSS feed to other pages if you have the proper administrative rights.
