After you add an export process to the database, you can run the process to extract its data from the database and create the export file. You can run an export process directly from the Exports page. In the Exports grid, select the export process to run and click Start export. The program uses the data in the selected query and stores the information in an export file. The export process status page appears and displays the status of the process. When the export process finishes, the Status field on the Recent status tab displays Completed. From the export process status page, you can download the information stored in the export file to a comma-separated value (*.csv) or Excel workbook (*.xlsx) output file. For more information about the items on the status page, refer to Export Process Status Page.
Note: You can also click Start process under Tasks to start the export process from its status page.
