Add a member to a constituent household

Open the record of the constituent household with the member to add. For information about how to open a constituent record, see Constituent Search. |

Select the Members tab. |

Under Current household members, click Add. The Add a household member screen appears. For information about the items on this screen, see Add a Household Member Screen. |

4.

Search for and select the individual to add to the household. |
Tip: If you know the individual is not already a constituent, click Addin the Constituent field to add the individual.

To copy the primary contact information of the household to the record of the new member, select Copy household’s primary contact information. |

6.
|
Under Household relationships, select the relationships between the new member and the existing members, such as Father and Daughter. |
Note: When you add a new member to a household, the program automatically adds the member as an individual relationship to the Relationships tabs of all members of the household. From the Relationships tab, you can define the relationship the new members has with each member of the household.

7.
|
Click Save. You return to the Members tab. |
