Edit an alias

1. Open the record of the constituent with the alias to edit. For information about how to open a constituent record, see Constituent Search.
2. For an individual constituent, select the Personal Info tab. Then click Personal.

For an organization constituent, select the Organization Info tab. Then click Organization.

3. Under Aliases, select the alias to edit.
4. On the action bar, click Edit. The Edit alias screen appears. The items on this screen are the same as the Add alias screen. For information about the items on this screen, see Add Alias Screen.
5. Edit the information as necessary.
6. Click Save. You return to the Personal or Organization tab.
