| 1. | From Prospects, click Manage constituent group types under Configuration. The Constituent Group Types page appears. |
| 2. | To display inactive group types under Constituent group types, click Filter, select Include inactive and click Apply. |
| 3. | Under Constituent group types, select a group type and click Mark active. A confirmation message appears. |
| 4. | Click Yes. You return to the Constituent Group Types page, and the Active column displays "Yes" for the group type. |
