| 1. | From Prospects, click Constituent group types under Configuration. The Constituent Group Types page appears. |
| 2. | Under Constituent group types, select a group type and click Mark inactive. A confirmation message appears. |
| 3. | Click Yes. You return to the Constituent Group Types page, and the Active column displays "No" for the group type. |
