| 1. | From the Prospects page, click My prospect research page. The Research Request Management page appears. |
| 2. | Select the Request Queue tab. All open requests display in the Open research requests grid. |
| 3. | Click on the request for which you want to view the research request record. The Research Request page appears. For information about working on this page, see Manage Prospect Research Requests. |
| 4. | To return to the Research Request Management page, click Back. |
