Manage Branding Elements and Branded Sign-in
In Branding, organization admins (or other users with the necessary admin rights) can view and manage branding elements to create a more familiar experience for your organization's users. Admins can define branding elements, such as a display name, images, and a primary color, and they can create branded content for the Blackbaud ID sign-in page, such as a custom summary and a custom help link. These branding elements help users recognize your organization and trust their connection to Blackbaud solutions.
Note: The Branding feature is currently only available for a limited number of solutions. If you are interested in this feature, contact your Blackbaud representative.
Manage Branding Elements
In Branding, select the edit button beside Branding elements to define the elements that identify your organization in the user interface. The Manage branding elements screen appears.
In the Display name field, enter a display name to identify your organization.
In the Banner logo, Icon logo, Favicon, and Sign-in panel image fields, select Attach file to upload images to identify your organization.
For the banner logo, provide your primary logo to display as a large image in places such as the sign-in page and emails.
For the icon logo, provide your secondary logo to display as a smaller image in places such as the navigation bar.
For the favicon, provide a small icon to display in places such as browser tabs.
For the sign-in panel image, provide an image to display as a full-height panel alongside the sign-in page. This image personalizes the authentication experience for your organization when users sign in.
In the Primary color field, select a color to visually identify your organization in design elements.
Select Save.
Manage Branded Sign-in
In Branding, select the edit button beside Branded sign-in to define the branded content to display on the Blackbaud ID sign-in page. The Manage branded sign-in screen appears.
To create a custom summary to display on the sign-in page, select Provide a custom summary on the sign-in page and enter your custom text in the Summary text field.
To overwrite Blackbaud's default help link with your own help link, select Link to custom help content from the sign-in page and provide the URL for your help content in the URL field.
Under Display order for sign-in options, select the sign-in options to display and set their order.
Select the checkbox for each option to display on the sign-in page.
Continue with Email doesn't have a checkbox because the sign-in page always displays the option to sign in with Blackbaud's authentication service.
Drag and drop the sign-in options into the order you want. Make sure your preferred options are at the top because only the first four options are visible when the sign-in page loads. If you display more than four options, users must select More sign-in options to view the remaining options.
To preview your branded sign-in experience, select Preview sign-in page.
Note: To define branding elements that appear on the sign-in page automatically, such as a banner logo and your organization's primary color, return to Branding and select Manage branding elements.
Select Publish.
