Payment and Merchant Services
Note: For security reasons, only organization admins can reset BBPS and BBMS passwords.
From Reset passwords, you can select Payment services and Merchant services to reset your organization's Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) and Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) passwords.

Tip: If you have not set up a BBPS account, and wish to do so, select Set up payment services account.
To reset passwords for a BBPS account, select Reset Password next to the account whose password you wish to reset. Once you acknowledge that you understand you will need to reset the passwords in products connected to the account, you can then select to receive an email with a secure link to reset the password.
Warning: After changing your BBPS password, immediately update the BBPS password in all your applicable Blackbaud solutions.
Once the password is reset, you will need to update the password in your Blackbaud solution. For more information, see How do I change my Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) or Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) password.
