Unlock Codes

Under Reset passwords, you can release a new Blackbaud solution for your organization. To do this, you need to generate a code to unlock the solution.

Generate Unlock Code

1. Under Reset passwords, select Unlock code generator to activate a new Blackbaud solution.

2. A wizard appears for you to select your new Blackbaud solution and enter its version and serial number,

   Note: The database serial number is case sensitive. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears.

3. For a particular serial number, you may want to unlock a capability. Select the capability you wish to unlock in the list and then select Next. Your access code generates.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to have access.

Can't Find a Blackbaud Solution or Serial Number?

There are a few reasons why a new Blackbaud solution or serial number doesn't appear on the wizard.

• The solution doesn't exist for your organization's account with Blackbaud.

• The solution can't be unlocked using the generator. To unlock, contact Support.

• The serial number you need is a NXT solution.
