Display Names

To redirect your organization's users to sign in through your identity provider after you enable single sign-on (SSO), a redirect button appears when users sign in with their Blackbaud IDs. On the Single sign-on page, you can manage the button label to identify your organization or your domain. By default, the button label uses your claimed domain, such as @yourdomain.org or @yourdomain.edu.

Edit Your Display Name

1. In Security, select Authentication.

2. Under Single sign-on, select Manage SSO settings.

3. On the Single sign-on page, select the edit button beside the display name at the top of the page.

4. Enter text to identify your organization or domain.

5. Select Save.
