Communication Preferences

Under Communication preferences on your Blackbaud profile, you can manage communication preferences to receive important product and service availability notifications, including scheduled maintenance alerts.

Note: Communication preferences are only available if your Blackbaud ID is associated with an organization.

To set your communication preferences, select the edit button beside Communication preferences and choose the organizations to receive notifications from.
