Deactivate Users Instead of Deleting

Before you delete users from SSO, make sure that you will not need to add them back for any reason. If you may need to add users back, we recommend deactivating them instead of deleting them. This prevents users from signing in but allows you to reactivate them later if necessary. If you delete users and then attempt to add them back later with the same account, you create duplicate user accounts and will need to contact Blackbaud support to enable those users to sign in.
