Data Tune-Up Process Status Page

Whenever you run a Data Tune-up process, Altru keeps track of the process so you can view status and history information. You can also set a job schedule to automatically execute a process at a set time. For example, you may want to execute a submit process during your organization’s off hours, when no one is working in the records. To access the status page, you can also select Go to process for the applicable step from a process page. For example, for AddressFinder, the Go to process button is available from both the Step 1: Create and submit file to Blackbaud and Step 2: Get file from Blackbaud frames; for the address validation process, the Go to process button is available from Step 1: Validate addresses.

Depending on your system role and security rights, you can manage the process from its status page.
