Add Mapping for Pledges

In order to generate general ledger distributions for pledges made to the development office, you can map the transactions to general ledger accounts or account codes.

Here are a few examples of possible account and account code mappings for pledges:

Write off pledges to development office	01-4000-01	01-1200-00
Pledges inside this year that have been received in written format	1250	4050
Pledges outside this year that have been received in written format	01-1300-00	4100
Pledges inside this year that have been received verbally	1350	4150
Pledges outside this year that have been received verbally	2020	4200
