Add Mapping for Miscellaneous Payments

In order to generate general ledger distributions for miscellaneous payments at your organization, you can map the transactions to general ledger accounts or account codes.

In general, miscellaneous payments debit your asset accounts and credit revenue. Here are a few examples of possible account and account code mappings for miscellaneous payments:

Transaction Type	Debit #	Credit #
Cash payment	01-1000-00	01-4000-01
Check payment	01-1050-00	4010
Other payment	1060	4020
