Responses
To view the questions and answers associated with the constituent’s survey, from a constituent record, select the Documentation and Interactions tab. Then select Surveys. The Surveys tab appears. From the list of surveys, select the name of the survey. From the Responses tab, under Responses, the Survey question column displays the questions entered for the survey. The Response column displays the constituent response entered for each question.
To add or edit information in the grid, select Edit responses on the action bar. For information about how to edit survey questions and responses, see Edit Survey Responses.
