Event Registrant Batch Basic
The following table explains the fields included in the Event Registrant Batch Basic template. You can use this batch template to add or import multiple new event registrant records. If a field is not required, you can leave it blank as necessary. For additional information about event registrant data entry fields, see the Events Guide.

Event |
Enter the name of the event associated with the registration. This field is required. |
Registrant |
Enter the name of the constituent to register for the event. This field is required. |
Status |
Enter the status of the registration, such as "Registered" or "Attended." |
Registration option |
Enter the name of the registration price at which the registrant registers for the event, such as "Adult" or "Family." This field is required. |
Quantity |
Enter the number of registrations the registrant registers for the event. For example, when a registrant registers for two Adult registration, enter "2." |
Guests—Guest |
Enter the name of the constituent who the registrant registers as a guest. |
Guests—Waive registration fee |
To waive the registration fee for the guest, select the checkbox. To import this value, enter "True" or "Yes" to waive the registration fee. Otherwise, enter "False" or "No." |
Guests—Attended |
When the guest attended the event, select the checkbox. To import this value, enter "True" or "Yes" if the guest attended. Otherwise, enter "False" or "No." |
Waive benefits |
To waive the benefits for the registrant, select the checkbox. To import this value, enter "True" or "Yes" to waive the benefits. Otherwise, enter "False" or "No." |
Date |
Enter the date of when the registrant registers for the event. |
