Mark a Batch Template as Inactive or Active
When you mark a batch template as inactive, users can no longer use it to create batches. For example, your organization may no longer use a specific template.
To mark a batch template inactive, from the Batch Entry page in Administration, select Batch templates under Configuration. In the Batch templates grid, select the double arrows next to a template to expand its row. On the action bar, select Mark inactive.
Tip: Inactive batch templates do not display in the Batch templates grid. To view them, ensure you select Include inactive as a filter.
Alternatively, you can mark an inactive batch template as active to ensure your organization can use it to create a batch. To do this, from the same action bar, select Mark active.
