This table explains the nodes and fields most commonly used for a group sales reservations query and the types of information they provide.

Group Sales Reservation |
This is the top node in a group reservation query that provides information you’d find on the main reservation page, such as the arrival date, arrival time, important notes, etc. Commonly Used Fields

Contact |
Pulls information about the contact for a group reservation — the patron on the order for groups booked by Individual constituents or the person listed as the contact for groups booked by organization constituents. Commonly Used Fields

Contact Address
|
Pulls the contact’s address from the Reservation Summary Tab on the reservation. This provides the address the contact is using for the reservation, even if it's not their primary address. Commonly Used Fields

Contact Email Address |
Pulls the contact’s email address from the Reservation Summary Tab on the reservation. Commonly Used Fields

Contact Phone |
Pulls the contact’s phone number from the Reservation Summary Tab on the reservation. Commonly Used Fields

Itineraries |
Pulls the information about itineraries of a group. Expand this node to view information about items on a itinerary such as programs, program events, and staffing resources. Commonly Used Fields

Notes |
Pulls details about notes added to the Go to Documentation area of a reservation. Commonly Used Fields

Order |
Pulls information from the reservation's sales order. This node provides the same fields as the sales order query. Commonly Used Fields

Rate Scale |
Pulls information about the flat rate scale on a group sales reservation. Commonly Used Fields

Status History |
Pulls information about the status changes (Complete, Confirmed, Cancelled, etc.) on a reservation. Note: Use these fields only when you need information about status changes. Commonly Used Fields
