This table explains the nodes and fields most commonly used for a registrant query and the types of information they provide.

Node Name

Description

Registrant

This is the top node in a registrant query. It pulls information about a registrant, such as their name, if they attended, their status, if they are a guest, etc.

Constituent

 

Pulls information from the registrant’s constituent record, such as their last name, address, or email address.

Event*

Pulls information about the special event a registrant is registered for.

If the registrant is a host, use the Guest node to pull information about their guests.
