Event Invitations

With Events, you can manage the invitation processes for you various events, create lists of invitees for events, and manage invitation status for each invitee in a list.

You can:

• Run automatic invitation processes to record that invitations were sent

• Add multiple invitation processes

• Rerun processes for selected invitees

• Add an invitation process to an event at any time

Note: If you want to get an accurate count of invitees for events, you must use the Event Summary node in Query. Incorrect counts can exist elsewhere when constituents were invited to the same event using multiple Invitation Processes.
