Really Simple Syndication (RSS) Feeds
An RSS feed is an XML‑based system that lets you subscribe to content such as news or website updates. With this feature you can target important information to members of your organization. Users who subscribe to the RSS feed can view the information as it's updated — for example, subscribe to an RSS feed to receive up-to-date registration info for an upcoming special event.

-
From an eligible list, select the RSS
symbol or View RSS feed. The link to the RSS feed is in the form of a text-based URL— for example, https://<server name>/<server path>/<rss feed link>.
-
If your web browser supports RSS, you can use the browser’s built‑in functionality to subscribe to the feed, or you can copy and paste the URL into a preferred software or service.
-
If needed, you can also share the link to the RSS feed with other users. As information is updated in Altru, the information in the related RSS feed is visible to all subscribers.
