Set Up Renewal Notices for Auto-renewals
You'll need to set up renewal notice processes for each membership program you enable for auto-renewals. The default packages are set to pull members whose renewal window begins next month.
These default packages are provided for auto-renewals:

1 month before auto-renewal (mail)

1 month before auto-renewal (email)

From the membership program record, select View packages under Renewal Notices.

On the Packages page, select 1 month before auto-renewal (mail) or 1 month before auto-renewal (email) and select Edit.

On the Edit package screen, you can edit the details of the package.

To update the content of the package's letter or message, select the pencil next to Letter or Message. On the Edit membership renewal letter or Edit email screen, you can open the Word template or message template and make any changes.

- From a membership program record, select Set up membership renewal notices under Renewal Notices.

Select 1 month before auto-renewal for the Time to expiration.

In the Mail package and Email package columns choose which packages to send for the notice. You can use the default packages provided for auto-renewals or select custom packages you created.
