Add Letters for Mail Packages

When you create a package for an event invitation or membership renewal, you can add a letter that contains the content to include in the package. Before you add a letter, we recommend you create a template for the letter in Microsoft Word. When you add the letter, the program can merge information from your database with the template to generate content specific to each recipient.
