Merchandise Labels
From Merchandise, Merchandise labels, you can export labels to print. For example, you may need to print labels when you receive new or additional merchandise, or if you are missing labels for existing items.
Note: To print barcodes on merchandise labels, membership cards, or tickets, you must first install the Barcode Font from Tickets, Print Setup.

From Merchandise, select Merchandise labels.

Under Label print format, select either a 1-column or a 3-column format.

Under Merchandise , choose whether to view all merchandise, specific merchandise, or selected merchandise.

To include inactive merchandise, select Include inactive.

To include merchandise with no available inventory, select Include merchandise with no available inventory.

Select Refresh inventory list.

Under Quantity, enter the number of labels to print or export for each item. To print or export all available inventory, choose Select all.

Select Process.

From the Merchandise Labels page, select Save, then choose an export format such as Word or CSV.
Tip: You can also print or export merchandise labels from the merchandise record. However, when you print from a merchandise record, you can only print the inventory items for that merchandise.
