Edit a Merchant Account
After you add a merchant account, you can edit its information as necessary, such as to improve its description or update incorrect credentials. From Revenue, under Configuration, select Blackbaud Payment Service merchant accounts. Under Merchant accounts, select an account, then select Edit. Make changes as needed, then save.
Note: All merchant accounts connected to your Blackbaud Payment Service account appear on this page. While you can't delete them, to prevent the use of a merchant account, you can mark it as inactive. From the list, edit the account, select Inactive, and save.
