Inventory Items Search

On the Inventory Items Search screen, you can search the inventory for merchandise items. For example, to sell a Whale T-shirt, your organization must first create an inventory item for the T-shirt.

When you search for an inventory item, you can search by criteria such as name, category, and stock-keeping unit (SKU) or barcode. After you enter your search criteria, select Search. Under Results, all items that match the criteria enter appear. To select an item, such as to add to a sales order, select its row in the grid.
