Patron Search
When you begin the Advance Sales or Daily Sales process, you can add or search for a patron to associate with the order.
Tip: To avoid duplicates, before you add a patron, you should first search to make sure the patron doesn't already have a constituent record.
Note: For searches that return more than 100 constituents, only the first 100 appear.

-
In the Patron field, select the magnifying glass.
-
Enter search criteria.
-
In Quick search, you can search by first name, last name, alias, phone number, membership card number, or membership lookup ID. You can also swipe the patron's membership card.
-
Under Advanced search, you can enter more detailed search criteria to narrow your results.
Tip: The search process is not case-sensitive. Also, you can enter “wildcard” characters to take the place of parts of the search phrase. Use the asterisk ( * ) or percent sign ( % ) to take the place of a group of characters and the question mark ( ? ) or underscore ( _ ) to take the place of an individual character. For example, to locate all constituents with a last name ending with the letters “son”, you can enter *son or %son in the name field, or for the last name Smith or Smyth, you can enter Sm?th or Sm_th.
-
-
Choose whether to search for individuals, organizations, and/or groups/households.
Note: By default, groups and households aren't included. If you include these, it may take longer to return results.
-
Choose whether to include constituents marked as inactive or deceased.
-
Select Search.
-
Select the constituent record to associate with the order and select Select.
