When Credit Card Updater detects that new card information is available, it securely updates the card in Altru. This minimizes the loss of recurring payments and saves you significant time on donor outreach and data entry.

Credit Card Updater reviews card details in real time when cardholders submit payments. For stored cards, it frequently checks for updates from card issuers. For example, if an expired card is on file for a recurring gift, Credit Card Updater automatically updates the card when the card issuer notifies us of the new expiration date.
