Add a letter

  1. 1. From Marketing and Communications, select Letters. and then Add a direct marketing letter or Add a membership letter.

  2. 2. Enter a unique name and description to help identify the letter.

  3. 3. Search for and select the export definition to use with the letter. The export definition determines the fields available to merge with the Microsoft Word template used with the letter.

  4. 4. In the Word template field, select Choose file and browse to the Word document to use as a template for the letter.

  5. 5. Select Save.
