Delete a status record from the History tab
1. On the History tab of the process status page, select the double arrows beside a status record and select Delete. A confirmation message appears.
Note: You can filter the records in the grid by the status of the process to reduce the amount of time it takes to find an instance of the process. For example, to search for a completed instance, select the funnel icon, select "Completed" in the Status field, and select Apply. Only completed instances appear in the grid.
2. Select Yes. The selected status record no longer appears.
