How to Send Your donorCentrics Data to Target Analytics
If you are a donorCentrics participant or a member of the Target Analytics Nonprofit Cooperative Database, please submit your data via encrypted FTP. (For instructions for other products and services, please visit Support.)
What is encrypted FTP, and how do I use it?
Read these step-by-step instructions for transferring data to Target Analytics via our Secure FTP site.
For instructions on preparing your data file for a donorCentrics project, select your type of organization:
- National Organization
- International or INGO Benchmarking Participant (FAQ, Data Requirements Instructional Video, Diagnostic Report Instructional Video)
- College or University (Higher Education Processing Standards and FAQs)
- Public Broadcasting
- Raiser’s Edge Export Wizard
Please note the above instructions may be used by clients submitting data that will be used for both donorCentrics projects and Target Analytics Nonprofit Cooperative Database update.
Please contact your Target Analytics Account Manager or Solutions Consultant if your organization only participates in the Target Analytics Nonprofit Cooperative—they will provide specific instructions on preparing your Cooperative update data files and will coordinate projects or orders related to those data submissions.
