Use Tap to Pay on Android in Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal (for U.S. accounts)
MobilePay Terminal now supports Tap to Pay on Android! Now you can use your Android device as a reader to securely accept contactless card and wallet payments — no extra terminals or hardware are needed.
To use Tap to Pay in MobilePay Terminal, you need:

The latest version of MobilePay Terminal

A Blackbaud Merchant Services account that processes in U.S. dollars

A compatible device:

iPhone: iPhone XS or later

Android: An Android device that has a wireless or data connection and Near Field Communication enabled

See who's signed in to Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal
To help you quickly see which user is signed into MobilePay Terminal, from the app’s menu, you can now view the signed-in user’s email. This helps your organization maintain better awareness across shared devices and reduces confusion when multiple staff members use the same terminal.
View additional account details in the web portal
To better understand disbursement timing, account status changes, and whether action is required, in the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, you can now view more details about your merchant account.
From Settings, view the following information:

Under Disbursement information, the status of your account (Active, Suspended, or Declined) and the most recent date the status changed.

Under Contact details, the date your account was created.
