Email Acknowledgement Settings
From the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, under Settings, you can customize email acknowledgement settings for transactions entered through the web portal or Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal.
For example, you specify:

Your organization's From name and From address

Default subject lines for transactions and refunds

Email addresses for replies and delivery failure notifications
Edit email acknowledgement settings

From Settings, select Email acknowledgement.

Select Edit email acknowledgement.

Enter the required information:

From display name and From address — Your organization's name and email address shown as the sender.

Reply to email address — Address that receives replies to email acknowledgements.

Failure forwarding email address — Address that receives delivery failure notifications, such as bounced emails.

Donation/transaction subject line — Default subject line for transaction acknowledgements.
Tip: To include the transaction amount in the subject line, use "[total]" as a placeholder. For example, enter "Thank you for your payment of [total]."

Refund subject line — Default subject line for refund acknowledgements.

Choose whether to:

Always use the default donation/transaction subject line.

Send email acknowledgements for transactions entered in Virtual terminal.

Select Save.
