Under Bank Review

In the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, from Transactions, Disputes, Under bank review, you can view chargebacks and direct debit returns that are currently under review.

The section lists challenged dispute details including the original transaction and the dispute reason.

To open a record and view more details, select the amount. For information about the items on the record, see Transaction Records.

Tip: To locate the chargeback case number — which starts with dp_ — expand the transaction's row.
