Under Bank Review

To view and manage challenged chargeback requests, on the transactions page, select Transactions, Disputes. Chargebacks that are under review display below Under bank review.

The Under bank review tile displays information about challenged chargebacks and direct debit returns, including the original, disputed transaction and the reason the cardholder disputes the transaction. To view additional information about a dispute on its record, select the amount link. For information about the items on the record, see Transaction Records.

Tip: To locate the chargeback case number — which starts with dp_ — expand the transaction from Transactions, Disputes, Under bank review.
