Contact Details
From the web portal, you can view and manage your organization’s contact information. Blackbaud uses this information to contact your organization about your account, transactions, or disbursements. You can also manage the name and phone number that appear on credit card and bank statements for transactions your organization processes through Blackbaud Merchant Services. Cardholders can use this information to contact your organization about a transaction.
To manage your contact information through the web portal, under Control panel, select Settings.

Select Contact details, then select Edit contact details.

You can edit your organization's display name. This is the name that will appear in reports and statements for any payments you receive. This name can be different from your organization's legal name.

Edit the address and contact information as necessary.

If your address or disbursement account is in the United States, under TIN, your organization's Tax Identification Number displays. Blackbaud Merchant Services uses the TIN to report disbursement information to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This field cannot be edited.

Under Statement descriptors, enter the name or abbreviation and phone number to appear on credit card and bank statements to identify transactions to your organization. In the Name field, you can enter up to 22 characters.
