Transaction Filters
Filters help you find specific transactions and fine-tune the list to view only records that share certain characteristics. For example, you can choose to view only approved transactions, or view a list of all transactions from last month.
To narrow the list, from Transactions, select Filter, then choose the criteria of the items to work with.

Amount — The total (gross) amount processed for the transaction, including any processing fees.

Date — The date that Blackbaud Merchant Services processed the transaction.

Organization time zone — Determines the time zone and corresponding date for transactions in the list. By default, transactions display in Eastern Time (ET).

Result — The processing result returned by the payment gateway for the transaction, such as whether it was approved or declined.

Source — How Blackbaud Merchant Services received the transaction, such as card present, refund, or chargeback.

View test data — Determines whether test data is included in your results.

Account holder — The account holder name entered for the transaction's credit card or bank account.

Account number (last 4 digits) — The last four digits of the credit card or bank account number processed for the transaction.

Account type — The type of account used for the transaction, such as credit card or direct debit.

Card type — For credit card transactions, the type of card that was used, such as Visa or Mastercard.

Check number — For direct debit transactions, the number entered for the online check.

Wallet type — The type of wallet that processed the transaction, such as Apple Pay.

Application — Which Blackbaud application submitted the transaction for processing, such as MobilePay Terminal.

Has been disbursed? — Indicates whether the transaction has been disbursed to your organization.

Terminal types — For card-present transactions, where the transaction was accepted, such as a Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal or Payment Terminal device.
After you set your filters, select Apply filters. Filters appear at the top of the list so you can quickly edit or remove them. To reset filters, select Clear all filters.
