Transaction List Filters

In the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal, filters help you find specific transactions and fine-tune transaction lists to view only records that share certain characteristics. For example, you can view only approved transactions or all transactions from last month.

Apply Filters

  1. From a transaction list, select Filter.

  2. Choose filter criteria.

  3. Select Apply filters.

Filters appear at the top of a list so you can quickly edit or remove them.

Tip: After you apply filters, you can save the list for reuse.
