The Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal provides a convenient place to view and manage your organization’s Blackbaud Merchant Services account activity. From Home, you can view important system messages and processing alerts for your account.

When you have chargebacks that require your attention, an alert appears at the top of the home page. To review details, from the alert, select View disputes. For more information, see Disputes.
