@TSLONG	bigint	INOUT	Output parameter indicating the TSLONG value of the record being edited. This is used to manage multi-user concurrency issues when multiple users access the same record.
@CURRENTAPPUSERID	uniqueidentifier	IN	Input parameter indicating the ID of the current user.
