Application User Link Blackbaud ID (BBID) Add Form

You'll need to an application user to a Blackbaud ID (BBID) user.

If you don't know your Blackbaud ID name identifier, contact Blackbaud customer support.

1. From Administration, select Security.

2. Select Application Users.

3. Search for an application user.

4. Expand their row.

5. Select Add Link to BBID.

6. Enter the BBID GUID.

   Copy the Blackbaud ID value into the add form.

7. Select Save.

   When saved, the application user is linked to the Blackbaud ID account with that name identifier. Any calls from SKY API from that Blackbaud ID account will use the permissions of that app user.
