Delete a smart field

After you add a smart field, you can delete it from the program, such as if your organization no longer uses its values. When you delete a smart field, it and its values no longer appear in the program or on records.

Note: The program provides system smart fields used to calculate several values. You cannot delete these smart fields. For information about these smart fields and the values they generate, see Smart field values.
