Add Mapping for Pledges

In order to generate GL distributions for pledges made to the development office, you can map the transactions to GL accounts or account codes.

Here are a few examples of possible account and account code mappings for pledges:

Pledges inside this year that have been received in written format	1250	4050
Pledges outside this year that have been received in written format	01-1300-00	4100
Pledges inside this year that have been received verbally	1350	4150
Pledges outside this year that have been received verbally	2020	4200
