When you run a general purpose email process, the program submits jobs for email messages such as newsletters, blasts, and notifications to the Shared Services server. Under Email category processing order, you can view the order in which the program submits each type of email message. You can prioritize each category as necessary. For example, to submit email blasts before newsletters, you can give email blasts a higher priority. To adjust the priority of an email category, select it in the grid and select the up or down arrow.
