Mark a Response Category Inactive
If a response category is no longer needed, rather than delete the category, you can mark it inactive. An inactive category no longer appears as a response category option in constituent interactions, appeals, and correspondences, but it still appears on the Response Categories page if you include inactive categories.
From Marketing and Communications, select Response categories and responses under Configuration. The Response Categories and Responses page appears Under Response categories, select a category and select Mark inactive.
