For a constituent household, this field appears. Select the constituent that receives the appeal. |
Appeal |
Appeals are planned efforts your organization undertakes to contact constituents and generate gifts. They usually are bound by a time period and have a monetary goal. You can set up appeals such as direct mailings, phonathons, dinners, and auctions. Search for and select the appeal to add to the constituent. |
Mailing |
If the appeal is associated with an appeal mailing, select the mailing the constituent receives. |
Date sent |
Select the date you send the appeal to the constituent. |
Package |
Packages are the various pieces of mail available for a mailing. For example, your organization may have a glossy calendar package for the best donors and prospects, as well as a glossy brochure, standard brochure, and postcard. To associate a package with the appeal, search for select the package the constituent receives. |
Source code |
To help track the effectiveness of the appeal, enter a source code to identify the appeal. A source code is a series of letters or numbers included on a mailing to identify the list, offer, package, segment, and media used with the appeal. |
